You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

It is my right to refuse service. I am not obligated to disclose the reason.

For regular commissions, contact me before submitting a request! This step allows us to discuss in depth what you want (reference sheets, add-ons, etc.). Orders placed without prior discussion will be refunded in full. You can reach out through my social media profiles or email.

I use USD currency. I am more than happy to provide a conversion for your preferred currency.

If you request a refund, it will be issued based on the stage of your piece(s). The refund guide is as follows:

● Not started = 100% refund

● Sketch Stage(s) = 50% refund

● Linework = 25% refund

● Final artwork = 0% refund

If I cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on my part, you will receive a notice before getting a full refund.

For regular commissions, provide 1-2 references for the subject(s). Please provide flat color reference sheets!

Be sure to include any necessary information that may not be present in the reference sheet (scars, markings, personality, extra appendages, etc.).

During the initial sketching stage, I will send Work in Progresses. The commissioner can suggest any major changes until they approve of a sketch. Afterward, I will send a WIP of the line art. Commissioners may suggest minor changes moving forward.

You may request to see any other WIPs during the entire process.

I can make corrections to the final piece if I accidentally excluded a design element that was either: specified in a previous conversation or the reference sheet.

I will then send you a final version of the piece. I can also send a web-friendly version if requested.

If I have any questions, I will contact you to clarify.

I, as the artist, retain intellectual property and ownership over all the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to use all commissioned work in any form (portfolio, personal website, social media, personal store, etc.).

You are allowed to use the commission for personal use!

You may upload the commission to your platforms! Credit to the artist is preferred.

You may not utilize my artwork for profit, unless discussed prior. Profit includes, but is not limited to:

● Selling stickers

● Selling mug designs

● Creating NFTs

● Repurposing a commission

● Self-promotion (Logos, business designs, etc.)

All commission pieces contain my artist's signature. The commissioner may not remove the signature.

If you don't want your commission displayed on social media/used as an example for commission sheets, let me know in advance!

I will give you an estimated timeframe after payment has been processed. But if you have a deadline/specific date you need it by, I will gladly work with you!

I will not imitate another artist's style, unless it is a special request/type of commission!
